Last night I did fall asleep for a while. But I also woke up! So I attended the Un-Prom at the Walker with Rebecca and Orion. I got there about an hour and a half before the show started, though, so I wandered around the museum for a bit.

The Un-Prom was super fun (short but that’s okay since everyone was standing and it was steamy hot) – music by The Battle Royale (who are totally cute in a That 70s Show kinda way) and fancy, hip people everywhere! I want to go to more fashion shows. Minneapolis fashion is so eclectic and interesting.

After the show, I decided to walk home since I could see my building from the Walker’s rooftop. It was sprinkling lightly and there was an amazing sunset. As I arrived at my apartment, there were huge grey clouds looming. As soon as I closed my door, the downpour started.

Today it took all of my strength to get out of bed. I just keep thinking: “Three. Day. Weekend.” (And actually a three day workweek next week since I’ll be headed to Vermillion next Friday!)
