Feeling a little more normal today

My horoscope said something about the moon easing up on me and allowing me to feel more social. Whatever. Thanks, Moon, I guess.

Anyway, so LAST FRIDAY was my coworker Katie’s last day. We started happy hour around 4pm at the Kitty Cat Klub. I stayed until about 6pm. Then I went home and ate dinner. Kristi came home and invited me to Legend’s with her and a friend, Compton. We stayed until about 9pm. She wanted to stop at Surdyk’s quick. Then we went to the Loring Pasta Bar where coworker Katie was (still) partying and my other coworker Jane was performing — in Dick & Jane’s Big Brass Band. Ex-coworkers Cathan and Mary arrived, as well as current coworker Mary and it was just a huge coworker party all night. Afterwards, Kristi and I dropped by current coworker Mary’s house for her roommates’ kegger and we stayed for about 15 minutes. Cue photos.

Last night, Jen and I went to the dollar theater in Roseville for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It’s ridiculous that I’m just now seeing it. It was fantastic, though. I was so excited the whole time that I wanted to throw up. I definitely cried, too. After the film, we dropped by Ol’ Mexico — I have only been there once previously and Jen was underage at the time. It was just like old times. 2-for-1’s every night after 10pm and homemade chips and salsa? Awesome.
