101 Goals in 1001 Days

I am starting this list on January 21st, 2012. By Saturday, October 18th, 2014, I will accomplish* the following 101 goals:

Home (8 out of 16 completed, 1 item will not be completed)

  1. Renovate main bathroom completed 4/28/2012
    (minimum requirements: new shower surround, new sink counter/vanity, and paint)
  2. Complete the small details of the main bathroom renovation completed 08/24/14
    (minimum requirements: hang towel bar, install baseboard trim, hang mirror over sink)
  3. Craft Room Makeover
    (minimum requirements: work table, new storage shelves, paint, floor covering [carpet or area rug], improve lighting, room divider to hide the kitties’ “room”)
  4. Paint living room and dining room completed 5/20/2013
  5. Master Bedroom Makeover
    (minimum requirements: door (installed, but now stain the door and install the doorknob), paint, new his & hers dressers, new bedding, new curtains)
  6. Main floor guest bedroom makeover
    (minimum requirements: paint, new curtains, decor, storage)
  7. Home Office Makeover
    (minimum requirements: larger desk, remove unused/old documents/books/etc., task lighting, new desk chair)
  8. Expand the area behind the garage into a full vegetable garden completed 05/19/2012
  9. Expand the herb garden to include at least three different herbs completed 05/16/2012
  10. Identify all the existing plants in the flowerbeds completed 06/08/2012
  11. Make the flowerbeds in front of the house mostly self-sustaining
  12. Get a cherry tree for the yard (or some other kind of fruit-bearing tree)
  13. Put Hollyhocks in the flower beds
  14. Help Sio and Ampersand to be in the same room without issue for longer than one hour
  15. Send Christmas/Holiday Cards completed 12/22/2013
  16. Buy a set of luxurious bath towels for the main floor bathroom completed post-wedding, late 2014

    (At some point in 2015 or 2016 I finally got all of these funds rolled over into a single IRA account! #adulting)
  3. Increase Gage retirement fund contributions to 10% I left this job in December 2013.
  4. Live off of $20/week for four weeks (not including scheduled bills/payments)
  5. Put $20 into savings for each completed task on this list, and $50 for each task that won’t be completed
    (8/23/2017: $1040 due for 52 completed items, $400 due for 8 items that will not be completed)
  6. Have at least $2,500.00 in savings
